Circuits

Would you like to get fitter, lose weight and tone up? Circuit Training is a great whole body workout that will test you to your own personal limits. This well established and supervised class is suitable for all levels from beginner to the experienced exerciser and consists of varied exercises designed to hit every part of your body. You work to your own level whilst your instructor, Dave Gill, motivates you to achieve your best.

Dance Fit

Dance fit is a fun and friendly exercise class set to lively music. Motivated by your instructor you will perform a mixture fitness exercises and contemporary dance moves designed to increase your fitness, burn calories and tone up your muscles. Routines are easy to follow and suitable for beginners and experienced participants and takes place with a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Yoga (Hatha)

Join this ancient form of physical and mental exercise – practised and refined over many centuries, benefits include greater flexibility, increased stamina and strength together with a sense of well-being. Classes run by Bryan and are suitable for all.
